About KEEPS

It all started at her office, when Nutchar “June” Rachataworaphon realized that stylish clothes are hard to come by in her field of work. Beginning with the question of why Office wear has to be boring, KEEPS was born out of a drive to empower modern women in office environment. She believes that wearing the right clothes can encourage women to feel powerful and motivate them to excel in their career. She started to wear some of the design to her office and the brand soon began to have a following. After a while, her sister, Cutchareeya “Joanna” Rachataworaphon, who worked in Marketing and Buyer became involved. KEEPS was only a side business for the Rachataworaphon sisters until Bluebik Group, a boutique consulting firm took interest in the project. They invested in KEEPS, making the brand only fashion related business under Bluebik Group. With Bluebik’s consulting and shared resources, KEEPS blossomed into a full-time business and together they’ve never looked back. The brand combined feminine details with sharp tailoring, along with breaking away from the traditional black, white and navy office wear with sophisticated neutral color palettes such as nude, deep brown and teal blue. Even though Rachataworaphon sisters didn’t have a direct fashion design background, their passion to empower women in a professional work environment combined with a keen sense of fashion and their family’s tailoring business background are what make KEEPS unique.

E-Commerce Admin

Full Time: Monday – Friday 10:00-19:00

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

E-commerce Platform Management:

  • Maintain and update the company’s all e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Line Shopping and Website, ensuring functionality, usability, and security.
  • Coordinate with internal and external team for joining various promotional campaigns
  • Monitor e-commerce performance
    Product Management:
  • Oversee product listings, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
    Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback received through all online channels.
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    Sales Analytics:
  • Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce operations.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Line Shopping and other platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
