E-Commerce Admin
Full Time: Monday – Friday 10:00-19:00
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Maintain and update the company’s all e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Line Shopping and Website, ensuring functionality, usability, and security.
- Coordinate with internal and external team for joining various promotional campaigns
- Monitor e-commerce performance
Product Management: - Oversee product listings, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
Customer Service: - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback received through all online channels.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Analytics: - Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce operations.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Line Shopping and other platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
