Order processing takes approximately 1 – 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Courier Service

  • All orders within Thailand are shipped via Alpha Next Day for Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samutprakarn // the rest via EMS.
  • All international orders are shipped via Thailand Post from Thailand.

Phone number for the contact person are mandatory for international shipping.
To ensure an on-time delivery, please make sure to enter your phone number correctly.

How do I track my package online?

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. You can track your package at Alpha, EMS and Thailand Post.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, please directly contact Alpha and Thailand Post with any inquiries about the status of your package.

Service Delays

KEEPS is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters.
Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.
In cases such as these, please directly contact  Alpha or Thailand Post with any inquiries about the status of your package.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

In the case that Alpha / EMS (Thailand Post) / Thailand Post is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, KEEPS is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship worldwide.
Our shipping fee is calculated and referred from Thailand Post website.

Shipping Time: For international orders, we will deliver your parcel to our courier, Thailand Post, within 2-3 business days after getting your order confirmation. During campaign period or holidays, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that KEEPS is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.

We offer 2 shipping options that will be delivered by Thailand Post as follows. Please noted that the estimated delivery time below includes order confirmation, packing and shipping process.

(1) EMS (Package)
– 6-8 business days (excluding customs processing times)
– Weight: max 30 KG
– Tracking number will be share via email

(2) Register (Int’l Letter-Air)
– About 17 business days (excluding customs processing times)
– Weight: max 2 KG
– Tracking number will be share via email

Customs-related fees

Customs policies vary by country and we cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please check with your customs office if you are unsure of these fees.

*Please noted that we are not responsible for payment of any customs, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country of residence. If you have any questions or concerns before placing your order, please contact your local customs office. For any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, KEEPS is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
